In God’s Hands (Slow Tempo)
In God’s Hands
Looking at a tiny rosebud.
A flower of God’s design.
I cannot unfold the petals
With these clumsy hands of mine.
The secret to unfolding
Is not known to such as I
God opens flowers so sweetly
When in my hand they die
Chorus:
In God’s hands
It blossoms like everything
From the tiniest flower
To the universe we see
So I’ll trust in Him in leading
Each moment of the day
and look to Him for guidance
In God’s Hands I’ll be safe
If I can’t unfold the rosebud
This flower of God’s design
how do I think I have the wisdom
To unfold this life of mine.
The pathway, which lies before me
Only the good Lord knows
I’ll trust Him to unfold it
Just as He unfolds the rose
Chorus:
